This approach uses nostalgic visuals like retro designs, vintage advertisements, and nostalgic imagery, to evoke feelings of nostalgia among consumers. Businesses can do this through tapping into collective memories and cultural of the customers (Verdon, 2023). They create to consumers a a sense of familiarity, comfort, and emotional connection.

This strategy is effective to be in-touch with consumer preferences like fashion, food and beverage, entertainment, and consumer goods. Alot of brands use nostalgic visuals  to market their products, tell the consumers about their  product packaging, and branding strategies (Verdon, 2023). This likely appeals to consumers' sentimental feelings and nostalgia for bygone eras.

Business have been using this strategy to create memorable experiences, foster brand loyalty, and capitalize on the emotional power of visuals to drive engagement and sales.
